Overseas Engineering & Construction Co. LTDA. S.A (OECC) is 100% owned by OiDC which was incorporated in Panama in 1998. OECC’s operation is mainly focused on the construction of government aid and humanitarian aid infrastructures designed to improve the living environment, also create jobs and contribute to increase economic growth.
OECC has rapidly expanded its business from the central America such as Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, St. Lucia to the countries in Asia, Africa and South Pacific of which accomplished more than 100 high quality international infrastructure projects.
OECC also cooperate with significant amount of Nongovernmental Organization, such as Red Cross, Tzu Chi Foundation and USAID. OECC has won the applause upon its efforts for completing the projects in high quality as well as on-time handover and the praise for the contribution of improving local people living, increasing the virtual economic and trade activities of several countries.
