Overseas Engineering & Construction Corp. LTDA. S.A (OECC) was established by OIDC in Panama in 1997. In the past ten years, OECC has expanded its businesses from Panama to Caribbean Sea and other neighboring countries such as Haiti, Guatemala, St. Vincent, Gambia, Kiribati and etc.  Backed by powerful and experienced professional team, OECC has gained prominent results in Central America, Asia Pacific, and Africa region.

　　OECC has completed many major infrastructure projects such as Haile Selassie Avenue in Port-au-Prince Haiti, sports complex in Kiribati, suburban road in Guatemala and manufacturing plants in Panama. In the effort to reduce cost and conserve logistic time, OECC has established a purchase and procurement office in Miami. OECC also acquired construction design service and equipment from Taiwan by the agent of mother company OIDC.

　　OECC has qualified and well experienced management team who are versed in international project operation with RSEA and BES Engineering Co.  OECC's key persons have more than twenty five years experience and well qualified in wide engineering and construction expertise for implement the construction projects.

Currently OECC has over 1,000 skilled labors and 50 engineers, technicians, staffs and workers from Philippines, Bangladesh, Kiribati, Haiti, Guatemala and etc..

Mission

　　 OECC is the one of the professional ROC construction company activities in overseas, which founded by renowned ROC syndicates, and initially focused its construction businesses in Central America and The Caribbean. Currently, OECC's main business is to perform infrastructure construction projects for the countries with diplomatic relationships with ROC. During proceeding of constructions, OECC constantly interacts with the host countries, offers the training program, improving local employment via batch jobs opportunities, and transfers engineering and managing technologies.
